16 February 2010 – Basil omelette and toast

Well, this is the first day I didn’t post my dinner on the same evening I had it. I was getting ready to pick up D at the airport, and cleaning up the house before he got home – just assumed I’d eat after that. But his plane was delayed a couple of hours, so I finally decided I’d better eat.

The omelette was yummy – quick and easy – one egg, a splash of milk, salt and pepper, and three (huge) torn basil leaves. I had a couple pieces of tiny toast (buttered) from a mini-loaf of bread I made Sunday, and a glass of water (had to drive later).
