30 April 2010 – Veggies after a party at Riva Cucina

This picture doesn’t really show dinner – quite – but after this party we didn’t eat much – just some fresh veggies. The picture is of small plates at Riva Cucina, served free for their third anniversary celebration. It was really nice. My favorite was crispy but softly dissolving bread spread with mortadella and ricotta, and topped with pistachio chunks. Super!

D sent a notice to the neighborhood, and several of the neighbors showed up, which was a lot of fun. There were two wines for purchase by the glass at a low price. They were very good, also, not surprisingly. The red is shown but they were both from the same place.
