8 May 2010 – Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce; chard

D made this tomato sauce with hamburger and bits of a pork loin chop. It was tasty, but, as he noted, had not enough herbs or salt.

He picked chard from the garden and cooked it in water (!) and served it with butter. It was really delicious! The wine was one we’d had before and liked a lot – a Jean Marie Arnoux Vacqueras from 2007 that I think we got at the Bowl.
