9 May 2010 – Revised spaghetti with Bolognese; kale

D took over cooking and revised his Bolognese sauce from last night by adding a lot more herbs (“you can see them now”) and mushrooms. It was much more interesting this time – quite yummy. He also cooked a second lot of kale from our friend J, by boiling it and then tossing it in butter. Excellent!

We had an aglianico by Epicuro with this one. It’s from TJ’s and we have it somewhat often. Good, cheap.
