16 May 2010 – Skirt Steak with cilantro garlic sauce; roasted asparagus with feta

For an easy dinner that we thought P would enjoy, we used two coordinated recipes from Gourmet of April 2004 that we have enjoyed before (rather often, together and separately): Skirt steak with cilantro garlic sauce, and roasted asparagus with feta.


We had a wine from Costco by Cameron Hughes, but I don’t recall which one at this moment. A heavier red, I’m sure.
