29 May 2010 – Leftover Lasagne; mixed vegetables

I convinced Mom that if we ate only 1/3 of the lasagne last time (when we could have as much as we wanted) then 1/2 the remainder was not skimping on anyone. This was not easy, but I prevailed.

Reheated in the oven for maybe 20 minutes at 350, but it didn’t get warm in the middle, so had to cut it into pieces and put it back. The veggies are bought mixed – five kinds. It’s a good taste. The ubiquitous cole slaw makes a reappearance – good thing I like it! Had the rest of the Sidewise Pinot from a couple of nights ago – good.
