30 July 2010 – Chicken saltimbocca pieces over spaghetti; avocado salad

D used up the last, small half chicken breast from the chicken saltimbocca by serving it over pasta. He also added some thin slices of fennel, which was a nice touch.

He served a salad with avocado and thyme blossoms over romaine.

I don’t have a wine photo, so we must have had leftover wines with this.
