We sort of collaborated on this as I recall, but IIRC I had laundry to take care of so D did most of it. He cut up the last 1/3 of the pound of beef we had the previous night, and served some of the remaining tarragon potato salad and the last of the corn and avocado salsa (both of which survived in excellent shape).
Just in case we didn’t have enough avocados for dinner, we also had an avocado and tomato salad on romaine.
We had this new wine with dinner – I don’t recall it being terribly exciting, but it was certainly good. Also, remarkably elegant-looking label 🙂
