20 November 2010 – Rewarmed roasted tomatoes with garlic and thyme

A simple dinner tonight because we simply weren’t hungry.

Today we went to the annual party by Kermit Lynch for the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau, with lunch by Christopher Lee (Boudin Blanc, sauerkraut, refried potatoes, Acme baguette, mustard). After that, even with a walk home, we did not feel like eating at all till after 8:30, and even then, it was more a token feeling that we might as well have dinner, mightn’t we. Also hardly needed additional wine. So we had Berkeley Tap with Lemon, reheated roasted tomatoes and garlic cloves from last night, and chunks of the lovely new loaf of bread D made last night. Great dinner, in fact 🙂

Oops – almost forgot dessert!
