D cooked another quick and delicious meal after getting home from work about 7pm.
He made an omelette with Emmentaler cheese that he got at the Bowl, and also sauteed an interesting mushroom (also from the Bowl) in butter.
The green beans were just boiled – very simple.
We had some of our no-knead bread, toasted.
We had our favorite house wine with this – Chateau Saint-Sauveur Cotes du Ventoux – but we have it so often I don’t usually take a picture of it any more. Sure is a good wine!
