Ginger beef with broccoli, mushrooms and rice noodles – 12 March 2011

Wow, this was a great use of leftovers by D.

He used three of the beef strips we didn’t eat last night, and all of the tangerine and mushroom sauce. He cooked some ginger, fresh mushrooms, and scallions in canola oil, boiled up a small bit of broccoli and added that, then added soaked and drained rice noodles and the leftovers, with beef sliced in about 1/8 inch slices. It was a great taste!

We had an Eric Stauffenegger wine with this, and it was really good. Not a surprise.
