Spaghetti with tomato/hamburger/mushroom sauce – 20 January 2012

D took out the tomato sauce he made from ‘sell-quickly’ tomatoes and herbs, and to which he had added hamburger and a small amount of leftover grilled pork, and this time sauteed some sliced brown mushrooms to add. Very tasty sauce 🙂

It’s Friday!  D brought in our “Friday wine”, Cantina Zaccagnini Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, and we really enjoyed it.
