Cheese, bread, hard boiled egg and cold veggies before the Planning Commission meeting – 7 March 2012

D put together a quick but good meal since we had to leave for the Planning Commission meeting by about 6:40.

He took out the last of some cheeses he and R had gotten during their recent show, and added a carrot stick, a radish, and a hard-boiled egg.

He also got out our stash of nifty salts, none of which we can identify at this point, but they’re really cool looking 🙂

The final cheese was a blue – Roquefort I think – that D served with a Fuji apple from the Bowl.

We had another Grocery Outlet tester wine, and this one we both liked: a Pouilly Fuisse by Jaffelin. It’s only $6 and G.O. is starting a 20% off sale, so we asked R to pick us up a case.
