I made this pizza using the recipe from January 2011.
I invented it based on a pasta recipe from Weber’s Art of the Grill, and it works really well. Oddly, this time it seemed to have too little salt. I may have used too little Roquefort, which would account for that. It was good, just not sumptuous.
We had our usual Friday Wine, Cantina Zaccagnini Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2008, from Costco. It was delicious 🙂
