Spaghetti with mushrooms, pine nuts, and parsley – 26 November 2012

Since we had mushrooms and parsley, and some bread to go with dinner, D offered to make his signature pasta – sliced mushrooms (browns, from the Bowl yesterday), pine nuts, and parsley, cooked in olive oil, and tossed with spaghetti, with Pecorino Romano shaved over the top. A delicious pasta!

D chose a 2009
Gaetano D’Aquino Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, which I presume we got from Trader Joe’s for not much. I’m afraid I can’t find much to love in this one. Drinkable.
