Spaghetti with mushrooms, pine nuts, parsley, and pecorino Romano – 26 Februaru 2013

D cooked his own specialty tonight – sliced white mushrooms, sauteed in oil, then pine nuts and parsley added and cooked a bit. Tossed with cooked spaghetti, with shaved pecorino Romano over the top. A favorite around here! Had a slice of the Acme Italian bread bought yesterday – only the very end was dried out a little.

We had the last 1/3 bottle of the Valpolicella and the Montepulciano, and they were really good.
