Scrambled egg sandwich; celery – 22 March 2013

A minimalist dinner tonight, because we had lots of snacks and not a small bit of wine at a nice wine tasting event, by North Berkeley Wine, at The Wooden Duck furniture showroom. I just scrambled up one egg with a few shakes of salt, a few grinds of pepper, and a plop of milk, and served this on Acme Italian Batard with lettuce and mayonnaise, cut in half for the two of us. D cut up a stalk of celery. We had the rest of the wine from last night and thought it was pretty interesting, still. Then we had some tangerines for dessert. Simple but yummy.
