Spaghetti with tomato sauce and Italian sausage – 8 April 2013

I picked up some Italian sausages from Christopher Lee after work, and made my way home about 7:15. I cooked up one sausage, and added it to the rest of the fresh tomato sauce D made last week, and served it over spaghetti.

We had two leftover wines with this, neither of which appreciated being left over: The Guigal Cotes du Rhone, and the Eguia Rioja from last week. The rioja had an excuse for being pissed off, anyway. Neither was bad, just not remotely at their prime.
