Spaghetti with mushrooms, pine nuts, parsley, and romano – 15 July 2014

main140715D cooked his specialty this evening. Mushrooms and pinenuts cooked in olive oil, parsley added, tossed with spaghetti, pecorino romano shaved over the top. Great pasta 🙂 We tried the leftover Madiran but D thought it was “off” and got another “used wine” (1/3 of a bottle we’d poured off previously) instead, and that was ok. Not a great wine night, though. A bit more of the Acme Sweet Batard. Will have the last of the apple pie and dulce de leche ice cream in a bit.
