Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce – 12 November 2014



D cooked some mushrooms that wanted eating, and added them, and evidently some fresh parsley (pretty green!) to the fresh tomato sauce he made a few days ago. It wasn’t terribly exciting, but good food. Also, I have a cold so perhaps my taster was not so good at subtlety. D opened a bottle of Ol’ Red, which we enjoyed. Good spaghetti wine from Grocery Outlet. He also bought an Acme Sweet Batard today, which was lovely.
