I had a stopover in the Denver airport, and of the accessible offerings, this flatbread by Einstein Bagels looked most appealing. It was ok, and the veggies were no doubt among the most nutritious things available in the airport, but a lot of improvement is possible here. There was something squishy and too liquidy in the center – some sauce, I guess. But the rich greens were really good.
Just water to drink, then onto the next plane. After arriving home and unpacking most everything, had a glass of well-aired 2010 Chateau Liversan Haut-Medoc that D had saved for my return, and I was impressed. We definitely need to open this wine very early.
