Spaghetti with mushrooms, pine nuts, parsley, and pecorino – 16 January 2015

main150116 D went to the Bowl today and I guess bought mushrooms. He wanted to cook this pasta tonight (enough that he refused my offer, while at The Cheese Board, to pick up a light-bake pizza). The non-recipe is everywhere on this blog 🙂 He also bought an Acme Italian Batard, and we had some of that. He brought up a bottle of our Friday wine, Catina Zaccagnini Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, which we now are getting from Berkeley Bowl. It was a good dinner. wine150116
